I didn't even discuss my unusual psychic powers, government conspiracies, or anything else that sounds "nutty" to most unenlightened folks, I was just there in the office and she's saying I will be signing a form today. I went for concerns about attention and concentration but now shes asking me to sign ****ing forms to give her the right to talk to people about my "case" without telling me!
