I had just gotten done talking with my T, I walked outside, and it was still raining and the wind was blowing. I unlocked my car, put some stuff in back, then got in the driver's side, Sat down... and can you guess what happened? No it wasn't normal, The wind had the door and my foot got caught. It swelled up a little, but the pain has not been enough tonight. I want more, but........ I know it causes so much guilt. Is it worth it?

That seems to be the over arching question of the last few weeks.
