I have iHealth but you need the hardware. I only have the scale. I don't enjoy tracking things like that but if you do it is pretty good. Fitbit gets a lot of positive reviews. Toodledo is a task list on hyper steroids. I used it for a year or so. It is flexible but very structured. If I want reminders now I use Evernote but you have to have premium I think. If you like the flexibility of "making it your own" and have time to set it up properly Evernote is a good option. You can have check lists and tables and attach media or integrate a notebook or postit notes. Big application. You might be able to find advice on their blog. Lifehacker has a lot of reviews of things like this. That would be a good place to look for more ideas.
Another one is remember the milk. I haven't used it in years. Their strength is the ease of adding tasks and tags. It integrates very nicely with "getting things done".
