The trick is knowing which one to taper. I have found that the answer may not be obvious. I had been on Abilify for several months before experiencing this same shaking. There were other meds added afterwards. So I thought it must be the last one that was increased in dosage. My doctor immediately recognized it to be the Abilify and took me off of it. The shaking stopped. So it usually does not pay to be your own pdoc. You may end up removing a med that you really need.

I would first call your docs emergency number. Otherwise I would go to the ER and get a psych consult. Have someone drive you or take a cab. Either way do something about it.
