My husband has an issue with strangers kissing our daughter. I understand that. But I recently learned that he has an issue with anyone kissing her neck, saying it sexually stimulates her.
My husband and father got into an argument about this. Is this accurate that kissing a little girl on the neck can stimulate her? My husband seems to think that if her grandfather does it then she might not be able to distinguish him as a grandfather and have issues in the future. Some insight on this would be appreciated.
