you could probably go on amazon and type in anger management and get a whole list of self help books on anger management. the key thing to know about anger is that it is a secondary emotion. you feel something else first..lonliness, insecurity, resentment, fear, hunger and not knowing how to respond to that emotion you respond in anger. so when you are angry about something, you have to ask yourself, what was that primary feeling and address that and the anger will go away. take care.
