Maybe something in the movie triggered the anxiety and you weren't even aware of it .... That is definatly possible, it's happened to me many times. Books can be the same way.......
Have you been writing things down when you are having one, thoughts, etc? Sometimes writting them down constantly you'll find a so called rythum I guess you could say, then you'll be able to pin point exactly what it is, and then deal with it.
