Makes perfect sense Kaliope, thank you for that. I have noticed it does always occur when I let any one of those first emotions get to me, and I get annoyed with it, mixed in with other things that are going on=horrible mood. Day ruined after that
This stuff I know already, its applying it now to fix it. I hear counting to 10 could help, while that you can think and realize what made you mad in the first place to realize its not all that big of a deal. Anger never solves an issue.
This I will try and I will take your advice as well.
