Who was your attorney? You have a lot of uncertainty. For the legal stuff and the pension application you should have much better information from the settlement agreement. Tell your attorney to tell you what is going on. If the attorney refuses, ask the bar to tell him to tell you.
You should have a much better understanding of this than you do. You don't even know if you can retire but, you must know that you cannot work forever. I am not at all sure why the EEOC would have anything to do with your retirement.
