I had the same problem. Extreme dizziness, nausea, stomach pain and bad sweating. Yr not alone! Don't feel bad about missing those activities at all. As far as anyone else is concerned yr just sick this week. No one needs to know why. None of their biz. Hang in there. It will get better. Drink alot of water to help flush it out of yr system. Get good rest. Lay down and watch tv. Hugs to you.
