Hey Tig, what I meant was (and again awkward wording) quality of care. It sounds like EAP is super good quality of care, if you liked her/him so much that you stayed with him/her.

I had a major issue with our EAP once. It includes legal consultations.
I had a consultation, and what I was told was wrong. It was not the
law in Alberta, it was the law in a different province, so it is sort of a once burnt twice shy
