I would be careful to manage your expectations. I do a lot of research into how food and supplements and even issues with digestion can aggregate depression. A few times I convinced myself that I would be able to solve depression 100 percent. I do find that b12 shots help because I have issues absorbing it from food. Also avoiding foods that have gluten and sugars that can effect my digestive system and increase inflammation. I would say these things help a lot but the depression is still there. I hope you do find that this helps your mood. When I couldn't find the magic bullet to solve depression it was really tough to accept the disappointment.
