When I have a really bad PTSD dream, it might take me an hour to come out of it and seperate the nightmare from reality.
And I recently learned that BP affects your memory.
My sleep patterns are very wierd and whoever is living with me knows that when I get up to tell me what day it is, if it is morning or night. I really have no grasp of linear time at all, so that is a break in reality for me.
It probably won't continue but your best bet is to talk to your therapist or your shrink about it and let them advise you on this.
