I wouldn't decrease two meds at the same time. I agree with the others. Only yr pdoc should be the one to advise you on how to take yr meds. I tried to wean down on my geodon and it was horrible. I am on 80mg twice a day. I tried going to just 60mg twice a day when I added latuda but I just went into a down ward spiral. But that is just how I reacted to the change.everyone is different. Be careful and make changes only with yr pdocs suggestion. Just my two cents. Good luck
