Nothing's happened to make me feel so bad tonight, but I'm down as ever. Everything is going well, I got a good mark on my first uni assignment, I've finally made myself study today, I've been for a lovely long walk along the river...but tonight I just feel down.

I want to be happy. I would give anything to be happy. But I just can't. Has anyone got anything that cheers them up when they're stuck in their deep dark hole? Because I'm having a lot of trouble getting out of this one
