Even if it doesn't actually cure your depression, if you are celiac or gluten intolerant, giving up gluten should make you feel a lot better physically. And feeling better physically could improve your mental health. It's worth giving it a go. Don't be disheartened if you don't see results straight away; apparently it can take a while to get out of your system. Good luck.
