So, I had therapy at 8 last night. At the end of the session we reviewed my goals for seeing her and believe it or not I have met all of them! So, I have a few goals but they intertwine and I need to come up with a few more. The two I have right now are to improve my self-esteem and getting more social. Probably my perfectionism could use some taming. I tend to be really hard on myself now. Hmm...I hate this part of therapy...coming up with new goals. Ummm...maybe I need to reignite some of my hobbies and find a few new ones. Or...I don't know...I need to give this a lot of thought between now and next week. Any goal ideas for therapy would be good. Thanks.
