Wellbutrin has had a few positive side effects for me; weight loss, increased sex drive, and improved...um... sexual function. I'm tapering off effexor too, which helps. The effexor just didn't do anything for me, except make me numb (physically and mentally).

Although, wellbutrin has given me a pretty annoying persistent side-effect (tinnitus). It's constant and I always have to turn the volume up a little louder.
