I mentioned before that I've been trying to get out a little, and going to that dance club on the weekends. Tonight was the first time I got up the nerve to head out on the dance floor.

I hadn't even taken any aspirin for the arthritis today. My knees feel pretty good today. Make no mistake though, they are going to punish me for this tomorrow

MAN it was freaking hard for me to dance... I used to dance all the time, I've never been self conscious before, but I just couldn't get started. Took me all night (several hours) but I finally forced myself about 50 minutes before closing time.
