I don't know if it's considered that something bad will happen.
But like if I don't do different things then I believe that my week will start off bad. Like if I don't do or feel certain things on a Sunday or Monday, then to me I feel like that's a sign my week will be bad. Like I'm into cleanses and detox, and some Sundays I'll do one, and if I don't do it successfully then I believe my week will be bad. Or like on Fridays if I don't do certain things, then my night would be ruined and I don't even try to make it better
