Thanks so much guys for all your sugestions. I would deff have to find a farmers market but might be difficult as I live in London (concrete jungle) lol
I take citrizine and sometimes top it up with Piriton. I have thought about the injection and it's deff something I'll be discussing with my GP.
I sometimes get allergy induced asthma and have an inhaler for that but that seems to have calmed down this year. It's more the itchy sore throat and blocked ears ugh!!
