I am 17 now and I have been struggling with this since I was like 9 years.
I have always been overweight and now obese.
I don't know how you are supposed to eat. I really don't. Sometimes I eat a lot and then I only gain a bit or I even lose some weight and then when I eat healthy and exercise I gain like crazy or lose nothing. I don't know if I can ever get it right. (I've checked, nothing is wrong with my thyroid or something else. I've had about every blood test there is)
What is a 17 year old girl supposed to eat? Can someone tell me this?
(P.S. I know about the calorie stuff but I want to know what food do normal 17 year olds eat? Maybe a diet example or something?)
