I wish Nero psychiatry would hurry up and advance and be common because far less mistakes would be made. It bothers me that no one seemed to rule out physical issues first or even take her white blood cell count. I don't think it would have stopped the issue in this case. Its sad that she may not recognize when she needs treatment in the future. At least she was able to get the right treatment. I've heard chicken pox can do similar things.
