Hi, Ina...

I agree with everyone else, and I hope you get the help you need. I just wanted to make one small point; that is, Bipolar I is not necessarily "more severe" than Bipolar II or any of the other forms; it is simply different. Having incredibly severe depression that is often found in BP II can be much more deadly than a manic episode that is the hallmark of BP I.

I'm not trying to be disagreeable, but just trying to clarify a bit. I wish you the very best...good luck!
