I think it's normal to feel hungry on 1300 calories a day. I'm an inch shorter and really frustrated by having to eat 1200 calories a day to lose weight.

Have you played around at all with where those calories are coming from? I find that 190 calories of yogurt leaves me feeling fuller for longer than 190 calories worth of oatmeal, for instance.
