Can't say I really care that much, might get a bit annoying if its very excessive...but even then I will try and have patience but might end up losing track of what's going on in the discussion.

I know use plenty ums and uhs, a lot of times when I am talking it can be a bit hard to put things into words so I might say that while trying to figure out what else to say or how to word it....or what is really annoying is when I lose my train of thought mid-sentence and am stuck ummming while trying to figure out what I was saying.

Or if people are asking questions where I have to think about the answer, because sometimes its hard to remember stuff right away.

I don't care if professionals or whatever say uh or um, they are humans to so I imagine even with education and all that people are going to slip up when verbally communicating.
