Have you played around at all with where those calories are coming from? I find that 190 calories of yogurt leaves me feeling fuller for longer than 190 calories worth of oatmeal, for instance.

That's interesting.. I've been eating like granola, a bit of candy, and like kool aid.. i've been struggling with my sugar tooth I am craving ice cream so bad!
I should try eating yogurt... but I really like solid foods better that take awhile to chew. Any good filling foods that take time to chew?
