I have been pretty high on pain medication but it has made me feel much less depressed and I have become able to really accept who I am and like many things about myself so I decided to make a list, so that when I do get depressed I can go back to my list. Here goes...

I like that...
1. I am an atheist
2. I am a feminist (but not extreme)
3. I care about animals and treat them right
4. I have started a vegetable garden
5. I am in college
6. I am married
7. I am good at graphic design
8. I am very creative and imaginative
9. I love my husband more than anyone in the world
10. I have never cheated on my husband
11. I'm a quiet person
12. I care about human rights, such as LGBT and women's rights
13. I am involved with Americans United for the Separation of Church and State
14. I stand up for what I believe in
15. I boycott what I don't believe in
16. I maintain my friendships even when I don't feel like it
17. I am active in therapy
18. I wear black a lot
19. Sometimes I even like my size, because I look tough
20. I value fairness and equality above all other things
21. I am able to be open and honest about my past abuse
22. I don't seek revenge, but I don't waste love on those who don't deserve it

I have become who I want to be. The only thing I want to change is my weight, and sometimes I don't even want to because it makes me look tough. Like no one is going to attack me. I don't look like an easy target. The only reason I might change my weight is for health reasons, and to feel better physically.
