A few months ago I had the worst full blown mixed episode that lasted several days. It was a nightmare. BP II people should not be able to have this happen to them. I felt I was going to lose it. I was very seriously thinking of going to the hospital. I was trying to figure out how I was going to do this in my limited way. I cannot remember the last time this has happened to me in such an extreme way.

By the way, I have a related question. Can mixed moods be relatively mild compared to a full blown mixed nightmare? This is when I feel restless, agitated, and prone to angry outbursts. Anxiety is high. If I were to notice, I am unhappy, sad.
