Have you ever had anything embarrassing happen to you in front of T?

Today I was talking to her and I chuckled and some spittle came out of my mouth. It didn't hit her, I don't think, but it did fly out of my mouth and land on her carpet.

I said 'sorry'. Then a few moments later, she said "for what'?

I think she knew what I was apologizing for, but she pretended she didn't see anything I guess.

Any similar experiences?
