Is this dr supervised? It is not very healthy or helpful to be hungry all the time. Your body is telling you you aren't getting enough calories. Sugar water also has a lot to do with why you are hungry but I really don't think it is the whole story. When you starve yourself like that your body eventually fights back. Then it does it's best to store more fat because it doesn't know if this will happen again. Then it is harder to take it off. It's a survival technique from when humans did not have a reliable source of food. This is all fact. In fact it is partly why women gain excessive weight as they get older.

If you ate a healthy diet and eliminate sugar water and walk daily you will loose weight. You will also start to set yourself up for a lifetime of good habits. 110 is probably at the low end. I'm 5.5 and 135 is not model weight but is healthy weight. I did not have the knowledge that you have access to.
