Oooh. I love corned beef and cabbage. You just made me so hungry. I haven't had it in years (too lazy to cook it myself), but it's one of my favourites. It's a traditional dish here -- we call it "boiled dinner." Grandmas and great aunts specialize in making it.

Hope you enjoyed the leftovers. I wish I could have some too, but I'm headed out for a birthday dinner in a restaurant. It's macrobiotic cuisine, so I'm guessing corned beef and cabbage won't be on the menu.
