Depending on what time a thread is posted it might take some time to get replies but overall the depression form is a great place to get support. There isn't any correct way to post here, as others have said it's a friendly supportive forum.
I'm sorry it's so difficult for you right now. It is hard for those who have never experienced real depression to understand and also hard for them to understand why it is so hard why they themselves are not enough to snap you out of it. Often many of us here end up feeling guilty for how those around us feel bad too. Do try not to take on their emotions as part of your burden, they feel bad because they care. Do try not to take on this extra burden. Post here as often as you need to. It helps to know you are not alone.
