Hey again. I forgot to ask for any tips or pointers for public occasions. For example Easter dinner my family and i went to a friends for dinner there was too many people and got anxious and felt like a full blow melt down or anxiety attack was coming. I had to put my headphones in and draw to distract and block out the noise. I works but it attracts unwanted attention and questions.

I really didn't want to say don't worry it's just my BPD acting up. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks.
