I have three medications that I'm supposed to pick up every month. I call in my prescriptions and then later get notified that all of my prescriptions are available for pickup.

So I drive over, and then they only have two of them ready. I either have to drive to another Jewel Osco or wait a few more days and go the Jewel again to get the third one filled.

I have asked again and again and again that I want to pick up all three together. I have called ahead to ask if they have it, but when I get there they don't. I have tried to move my prescription orders to another location but they only transferred one of them over. I have explicitly explained to several people that I want all of them together many times. They keep making the same mistake. I feel like I'm banging my head against a wall trying to ask for my prescriptions together.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. It's usually my fault when something like this happens because I'm too stupid to know how to handle it the right way. Why am I such a stupid failure?
