Hey again. I forgot to ask for any tips or pointers for public occasions. For example Easter dinner my family and i went to a friends for dinner there was too many people and got anxious and felt like a full blow melt down or anxiety attack was coming. I try to go with a plan I can use in case I have trouble. Prepare ahead of time. If people ask, you can say you're not feeling well or what ever. You don't have to give personal details or long winded explanations. I avoid going to functions that have people there that trigger me, i.e. one of my brothers. I focus more on caring for myself and not worrying what other people thing.
