I also agree that creating an anger forum is not the best idea. Perhaps if you think of why you are angry, what is the source (what is causing it) you can post in that forum ... family? relationships,, depression?.... slowness of healing? psychotherapy... or is it part of your disorder? your physical health?
I'm not against anyone here... but anger management begins with focus I think... and a forum might do more harm than good. Random venting is not healing imo, but reinforcing a bad habit.
I think members would receive a better response, and a more understanding one (?) when the post is in the forum to which it relates.
