I'm really sorry you weren't able to hook up with a therapist that was trained to deal with your sexual issues. There are some out there but I'm sure they are hard to find.

I had trouble wth sexual addiction and got lucky and teamed up with a therapist that had struggled with it when she was younger. She saved my life many times.

How is your wife dealing with this? I hope she is supportive and understanding. Don't ever feel foolish for being who you are.
