Haha. I would be willing to bet you $100 that it has nothing to do with you. It has totally everything to do with their incompetence. I could write you a whole book on all the ignorant and incompetent organizations both government and private I have dealt with in the past year. It blows my mind. No it is not your fault.
I would tell you to go to another pharmacy altogether but I am sure it is your insurance company making you get them there. Oh and then my parents could tell you all kinds of stories about how medicare made them go mail order and how screwed up that gets having nothing to do with my parents.
