This is going to sound really dumb, but when you all talkabout pdoc, do you mean psychiatrist? I'm waiting for an appointment to see one (for the first time ever). I'm absolutely terrified. I just cant imagine waiting in the waiting room etc. I'm really nervous about the whole thing. It's mainly about my on going sleep problems. How do you all cope with the apprehension of going, or is it just me overreacting!!!
