Went out into the world.

Kept an appointment and even slept for 4 hours-can't sleep the night before an appointment.

Found out that because of my age and the circumstances, they are going to have a special hearing for me that will take about a year. Usually takes 5 years to get a decision from the VA changed. I can't even imagine what it's like to live above the poverty level.

Interacted with my roommate (who drove me). We are different genders and different colors and get along so well. We fell asleep on the couch tonight watching tv together.

Spent too much time here, but I just feel so at home here. We are all special people.
