I get sinus mirgraines and they suck had them twice during my vacation, but I refused to stay in a Hotel the whole day, so I sucked it up and did my thing, payed for it later though, but once I had a hot bath and walked to a resturant for supper it started to go away.

It was all weather related, I'm super sensitive to change in the weather, I would make a good weather person, whenever it rains I get a headache... It sucks. Both headaches during the trip was weather related...
