What I would suggest you is to well prepare yourself mentaly to what's comming and decide that this time you will shift your fear and never come back.
Identify a calm and comfortabe place where you can sit down and relax. Close your eye and make the decision to feel better. Focus your attention on your breading and talk to yourself kindly. This is temporary and you are better than the external circumstances. After 15 minutes, stand up in confidence and do some actions that make feel you succeful (do exercices, make your house in order, read or listen inspiring things). Overload your tought with good stuff so that there will be no place for fear.
