It's nice to hear about everybodies opinion!!!
I have been doing regular exercise for the last 3 days.
I have brought myself a punching bag & some gloves & have spent 20 minutes a day beating up on the bag!!!
I have been really enjoying this as it gives me a chance to mentally train myself to be exercising & not to rely on others!! When I am getting towards the end of the workout, I talk to myself, telling myself that I do deserve to live & happy & healthy life! That I can beat my self esteem issues!!
I am feeling much more positive towards both myself & my exercise.
