itsjustme111,

I'm sorry you are feeling this way, abuse is not an easy thing to just get over it takes alot of time and paitents to be able to say ok I'm not going to let this rule my life anymore. It took me 8 years to be able to say that I no longer have PTSD and no longer blame myself for what happened, I do get triggered, I still get body memories but I likely will.

I know it's hard to deal with.

Have you talked to anyone about this to start your healing journey?

Again i'm sorry you feel this way, I know how it feels all to well.

Take care of you and know that you are not to blame, even though it's a scary thing, but there is help out there for those of us who dealt with any kind of abuse.

Hang in there, there is hope, there is help.

And keep posting here whenever you feel the need too, you will find alot of support here, this is a great board.
