[QUOTE=thickntired;3719073]I also have this problem mainly because I don't like my shrink. There's a huge shortage here for mental health. For therapy I keep a journal, and for my shrink we just have a staring contest lol. It's true! I also feel like eyore if I'm straight up honest. And as was mentioned above like I'm making something out of nothing or forgot the issue. My T has me do a mood chart and I'm awful. I swear I'll forget and hurry to fill in the past week at one time lol. So, I don't think you'll pick up any

You hired him and you're paying for the services. If you're more fortunate in your area don't feel any obligation to keep seeing the same T or pdoc. Find ibe that you're most comfortable around. My pdoc just happens to be in sensitive and I have to see him because I'm on disability. If an opening for another pdoc opens up I'll probably take it. My pdoc has 1 out of 5 ★ haha so he's a jerk. Take care and remember communication and assertion are key.

Haha. I've been searching this stuff on google for 3 years now and have yet to find anything helpful.

I think as Sister Rags said, that in itself is a piece of evidence. I've been successful looking up other issues of mine, there's something different about this.
