It does make me wonder if he's OK physically. Or if his hearing is deteriorating. When my T started showing initial signs of Parkinson's dementia, he was "off" in little, everday things, yet still managed to do good therapy. He did tell me I could always ask him about anything that bothered me, and/or I could talk to one of his colleagues and let them know what was going on.
