Hi, have you tried logging out to clear cookies and logging back in again? Is there a blue bubble down the right hand corner? If there is, click on that. Someone else had the same issue and they ran a quick 'cleaner' and then it reappeared. If you want to be available for others to chat to, you need to show you are available. Let me know if you get it going.
