Today we were suppose to start trauma work, I did the homework from last week, which was to draw a staircase and list all the CSa that happened and the people involved , and other things to work on regarding the past.

That was very vulnerable , so today I brought it in . As per our agreement and old t, I read my assignments or whatever I write. I don't know what happened, I through a tantrum, what they call regression . It happened in t2 but not with t3.

She stopped the session for about ten minutes grounded me, then stood up and SHE DID BREATHING EXCERCISES HERSELF lol, I apologized for stressing her out.

She said, she just needed to get herself relaxed again because she is human so that we could be on one page. I told her I was embarrassed, she said it makes her sad for me to feel this way.

She offered a hug, I said I was not ready .
