Think about the things that make up the company's business/your job; the interactions with people, working with the food, the business end of it and decide which of those three are less unpleasant to you and move sideways into a job in that "field" alone. Large businesses have their own worlds associated with them: warehouses, business offices, personnel departments, advertising, transportation, customer service/hospitality, etc.
Find something that interests you in your current job and see if you can pursue that, either with your current company or elsewhere -- for example, if you worked at McDonald's how would you attend Hamburger University if you wanted to?
Hamburger University - McDonalds
One of my stepsons worked for TGIFriday's and wanted to travel/vacation his way across the country and it just so happens if you work for TGIFriday, you can get an instant job in any other TGIFriday's anywhere else so he drove across country, stopping to work a week or two if he wanted/needed more money and knowing he could get an instant job in California even though his actual job was in Maryland.
Do you want to move? See if you can use your current job to make that more likely. Does your current job have any hidden education benefits (where they'll pay for all or part of college classes, for example), find out everything you can about your current company and others like it and see if there isn't something that is enough of a "bonus" to give you something to focus on that will help make the actual/current job not so bad and so it feels like an unpleasant stepping stone instead of a trap.
Any investment opportunities? Think where you might want to be and what you'd like to do instead of this job in a couple years and then in 5 years, etc. You say you "need" the money but looking at the money and how you are spending it, what you are doing with it -- are you saving for some purpose, investing for your future, or just spending it on what you consider necessities without really thinking about how necessary some of the added features on your phone may be, for example? Think of a progression of what you would like. Bank accounts (including savings) to car to apartment or living situation of one's own to 2 year college degree in X, to job in Y field, etc.
